Forex Trading System

There are three investment styles based on risk tolerance. They are conservative, moderate, and aggressive style..

If  you have a low risk tolerance, your style will be conservative. Just using 2-3% of your accounts every entry to market. Do not try enter to market more than 3%. Try to trade using large time frames like weekly or daily. Using large time frames will make you are not in market too often. But, you also make yourself calm and having clearly analysis. You will get slowest income but you have got more times with your families and friends. Many professional traders have this styles. They prefer to protect their money than lose it because they usually do not manage their money but other peoples money.

If you have moderate style that you can accept bigger risk than before, you can use 5% of your account and usually you can add more lots to winning position. I usually do this but I never place my money at one pair more than 10%. I usually use daily, 4 hours, and hourly for my trading style. I can trade everyday without leave my family friends.

If you are aggressive person, can accept more risk. You can use 10% or more of your account. hourly and 1 minute can be suited with your style. You always be in front of your computer to watch market. If you have good trading system you’ll get great income, you’ll be rich faster. But remember this, by doing this you are likes gambler not trader. Usually trader do this style is called scalper. Now you open position then five minutes again you’ll close it. Whatever you think, but I see more newbie trader doing this. They think they are luckiest person in the world that can be rich instantly from forex. Believe me, just leave this style if you don’t want to loss your money. I don’t say you can’t get profit by doing scalping. But if you have average skill then just avoid scalping. Scalping needs more focus and discipline. If you don’t have, so you are gambler.
